Initially approached by an local wine cellar in needs of a Tawny has been packaging that does not respect of the beverage itself. When a customer purchased this beverage from the wine cellar, it handled to them in a milk carton. In order to respect the beverage, a story was developed for the label and bottling was chosen.
The Story...
The nostalgic flavours blended crafting a perfectly smooth Fortified Tawny. The use of vintages from 1999 to 2004 is ripened at the perfect fifteen-degree Baume´, that bestows the palette with an inviting and dependable combination of layers of plum and mulberry with an appealing rich ruby shade that is stimulating visually.
French chemist Antione Baume´, unique design of the Baume´ Scale has given the alcohol industry the methods to establish and create this exceptional procedure that drastically enriched the manufacturing of alcohol, allowing the composed and distinctive flavours to develop at the precise of fifteen degrees Baume´.
